A large celebration buffet with a grill station: lamb chops, fish fillet in banana leaf, chicken breast and frankfurters, with black pepper, mushroom, air asam and barbecue sauces. Also braised broccoli with sea cucumber, squid with cashew nuts in a yam ring, salsa smoked duck, prawn and mushroom ragout, lobster balls, beef balls, baked cheese potatoes and braised yee mee with crab meat. Desserts include whole cakes, French pastries, nyonya angkoo and ais batu campur.
