Breakfast and lunch on the same day, for conferences and corporate events of 200 pax or more. Breakfast brings open-face sandwiches, meehoon siam in omelette sacks, vegetable quiche, pancakes, scones with cream and jam, and blueberry muffins. Lunch is a full buffet with canapés, broccoli soup, Thai beef salad, seafood paella, minute steak with black pepper sauce, snapper fillet, shepherd’s pie and seven desserts.
