A cocktail spread with canapés, dried fruit and roasted nuts, then hot dishes: barbecue chicken skewers, roast leg of lamb with garlic cream, golden prawns with papaya chilli sauce, farfalle carbonara and mushroom risotto. Desserts are fruit, sliced cakes, blueberry cheese tarts and chocolate brownies, with fruit punch.
