The most premium of the international buffets. Crab bisque, three plated salads and a salad bar, then fish piccata on angel hair pasta, spicy seafood ragout, grilled lamb shoulder with mint sauce, herb-crusted chicken on lentil ragout, grilled fish with sweet shallot sauce and Hungarian beef goulash. Desserts are panna cotta, baked cheesecake, mango mirror cake, cream caramel, French pastries and fruit.
