A full training day for 100 pax and above: a morning tea break, lunch and an afternoon tea break, each with dishes you pick. Morning: kuih, sandwiches or Danish pastry, and fried mee hoon, nasi lemak or mee mamak. Afternoon: a tart, a savoury bite and cake. Lunch: rice, noodles, a chicken dish, a beef or fish dish, vegetables and acar or salad, with fruit and cordial. Coffee and tea at both breaks.
