A classic Western buffet. Corn chowder and garden greens, then pan-fried fish with caper butter sauce, grilled chicken breast with mushroom sauce and grilled minute steaks with black peppercorn sauce, with buttered vegetables, onion potatoes, mushroom spaghetti and olive rice. Desserts are fruit, marble cake and mini fruit tarts.
