A buffet with three or four straightforward mains covers more preferences than a set menu. Keep at least one dish plain for older relatives and young children.

Many offer on-site setup, and others deliver ready to serve. Each package states which it supports. Check your actual table space before booking a full buffet line.

A standard buffet runs about RM18 to RM35 per pax. Smaller groups are often better served by meal box sets, which have lower minimums and no setup requirement.
