Can I cancel my order?

Yes. The refund you receive depends on the order status at the time of cancellation:

Before the vendor confirms (Awaiting Confirmation)

If you cancel while your order is still awaiting vendor confirmation, the card authorization is released immediately — your card is never charged. Nothing appears on your bank statement and there is no waiting period.

After the vendor confirms (Confirmed orders)

Once your order is confirmed and your card has been charged, the following policy applies:

3 to 7 days before the scheduled datePartial refund (50%)
Less than 3 days before the scheduled dateNo refund

This policy exists because vendors need to purchase ingredients and prepare in advance. The closer to the event date, the more the vendor has already invested.


How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel from your order details page. Click Cancel Order and confirm. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed automatically.


How long does a refund take?

  • Before vendor confirmation — authorization released instantly. No charge, no waiting.
  • After vendor confirmation — refunds are processed immediately through Stripe but may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

What if the vendor cancels my order?

If a vendor cancels your order, your card authorization is released immediately — you are never charged. You will be notified by email when this happens.


What if there's an issue with my order?

If you're not happy with any aspect of your order, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We take all feedback seriously and will review your concern with the vendor.

Please note that we do not guarantee a refund for service issues — each case is evaluated individually and we will communicate the outcome to you after coordinating with the vendor.
