Fine Dining & Private Chef Catering in KL & Selangor

Fine dining means the food comes to the guest. Courses are plated and served at the table by staff, in the order the menu sets. It suits a seated dinner where the meal is the event: an anniversary, a client dinner or a family banquet. Because everything is served, the guest count and the timing need to be firm before the day.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between fine dining and a buffet?+

At a buffet, guests serve themselves from a spread. In fine dining, staff serve each course at the table. It costs more per guest and needs a firm headcount, but nobody queues and the meal keeps to a schedule.

What does a private chef need at the venue?+

A working kitchen or space to set one up, power and water, and somewhere to plate. Ask the chef what they bring, how long they need before the first course, and how many staff come with them.

How many courses should I book?+

Three or four is common for a dinner, more for a tasting menu. Each package lists its courses. Check how long the meal runs from start to finish so it fits your schedule.
