A spot it can reach and leave, level ground, and clearance on the way in. Ask the vendor for the length and height of the vehicle, then walk the route in your head: the entrance, the turn, and where it will stand while it serves.
Can a truck operate indoors or in a basement car park?+-
Rarely. Height limits and ventilation usually rule out basements, and indoor operation depends entirely on the venue. If the only space you have is covered, raise it with the vendor early rather than assuming.
How long does a truck need on site?+-
Longer than the serving window, since it has to arrive, set up and pack down in the same spot. Agree arrival and departure times with whoever controls the car park, not just the time you want food going out.
